These are the standards we ask every participating agent to uphold.
The Standards

OWN YOUR BUSINESS
Take ownership of your success. Be accountable for your activity, your attitude, and your results. Don't wait for someone else to motivate you, rescue you, or build your business for you. Leaders can coach you, but they can't do the work for you.

SHOW UP PREPARED & RESPECT EVERYONE'S TIME
Be on time for scheduled team gatherings, have your camera on, dress business casual, stay for the entire meeting, eliminate distractions, and come ready to participate. Every meeting is an investment in yourself and your teammates. Honor that commitment.

BE ENGAGED
Don't just attend. Participate. Ask questions. Take notes. Contribute to the conversation. The more engaged you are, the more you'll grow.

COMMUNICATE EARLY
If you're unable to attend a required team gathering, communicate with your FSL and FTA beforehand in a group message. Good communication builds trust and allows your team to support you.

STAY COACHABLE
Feedback is an investment, not an insult. Be willing to listen, apply what you're taught, and continue improving. The agents who grow the fastest are the ones who remain teachable.

RAISE YOUR HAND
Don't wait until you're overwhelmed or frustrated to ask for help. Your leadership team is here to support you, but we can only help with the challenges we know about. Reach out early. Maybe after you've checked the underwriting guide and product brochure.

PROTECT THE CULTURE
Build people up. Encourage your teammates. Handle concerns directly with leadership instead of creating negativity within the team. Every interaction either strengthens or weakens our culture. Choose to make it stronger.
